S&S Property Management is looking to hire a Certified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Normandy in Chattanooga, TN. This is an awesome opportunity for the right candidate with the right experience. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC with a proven track record in HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community setting. If you take pride in doing a great job, can motivate others and have an eye for detail, then this job is for you! We offer a full benefit package to include Medical (with some plans covered at no cost!!) , Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance along with a 401K Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, an Employee Assistance Program and free uniforms! ~You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Multi Family Property Maintenance Field. ~You must have an HVAC and EPA Certification. ~A CAMT Certification is a plus.
