Candace Ngounou, HCCP

Candace serves as a Regional Property Manager for S&S Properties in Georgia, and has been with the company since 2019.

She oversees a portfolio of conventional and tax credit communities throughout the Greater Atlanta area, currently managing 873 units. With 15 years of experience in property management, Candace brings strong operational leadership and industry expertise to her role.

Before joining S&S, Candace served as a Deputy with the Broward Sherif's Office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and later worked in juvenile corrections in Chicago, Illinois.

Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Forensic Science. She also holds her HCCP designation, real estate licenses in Georgia and Texas, and is a Notary Public.

Outside of work, Candace enjoys spending time with her husband and six children, hiking, exercising on her Peloton, listening to music, and caring for her elderly mother. Her faith and devotion to God are central to her life.
