Carter Pelot
Director of Acquisitions
Carter holds the position of Director of Acquisitions for S&S Properties. He has been with S&S since 2015.
Working closely with the Vice President of Finance, Carter performs research and underwriting on multi-family investments and handles broker relations.
He received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Tennessee.
