Cienna Lagana

Cienna serves as the Marketing and Training Coordinator, supporting initiatives that drive occupancy growth, brand awareness, and talent development. She manages digital and social content while assisting with property marketing strategies and training programs, bringing experience in social media, influencer marketing, and client engagement to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. 

A Los Angeles native, Cienna has lived in Germany, England, and Italy and traveled to more than 30 countries. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Public Relations and a concentration in Multimedia Design. Beyond the office, Cienna volunteers as a sorority advisor and enjoys exploring Nashville’s vibrant food and music scene with friends.
