S&S Property Management is taking the following additional step to protect residents and staff. Our leasing offices, which are currently offering virtual and self-guided tours, will also be open by appointment. Please call to schedule an appointment prior to arriving. In accordance with CDC guidelines, guests will be asked to answer a brief questionnaire. After which, an appointment will be scheduled to meet with a member of the office team. Only two guests over the age of 18 will be allowed in the office at one time and will be required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands upon entry and maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet at all times. An Important Message To Our Residents Concerning S&S Property Management's Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus): 3/20/2020
At S & S Property Management Company (S&S), the health and safety of our residents and staff is one of our top priorities. We continue to follow updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19) incorporating guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and complying with local and state governments. We want to share the actions that we are taking to help protect residents and staff and what you can do to help.
What We Are Doing:
Staffing & Office
We are here for you. In addition to offering virtual and self-guided tours, our offices are now open by appointment. Please call to schedule an appointment prior to arriving. In accordance with CDC guidelines, guests will be asked to answer a brief questionnaire. After which, an appointment will be scheduled to meet with a member of the office team. Only two guests over the age of 18 will be allowed in the office at one time and will be required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands upon entry and maintain a social distance of at least six feet at all times.You are always welcome to communicate through phone or email as well. Should you have any questions or concerns, please call your property office.
Amenity Spaces & Community Events
The fitness center and other shared amenity spaces will be temporarily closed. Reserving common spaces will not be permitted until further notice. Pet parks, if available in your community, will be open and accessible as will playgrounds. However, social distancing is recommended. Since group events are discouraged, we will be
canceling all community events until further notice.
In addition to emergency maintenance requests, our maintenance team is now completing routine maintenance requests. Prior to an in-unit maintenance visits residents will be required to answer a brief questionnaire. The maintenance team member will wear a fresh pair of gloves and a mask at all times while in the unit. We request that residents stay outside of the unit while the repairs are being completed or in a different room than the required repairs.
What You Can Do:
Practice Good Hygiene
Wash your hands frequently using soap and warm water and avoid touching your face. Cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze or cough. And, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.
We would ask that any residents who: have tested positive for the virus, are experiencing symptoms, or have reason to believe they have encountered someone who is infected follow public health guidelines for self-quarantine.

Use the On-line Services
The easiest way to pay rent, submit service requests and contact the property team is via the property website. This online service is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
