S&S Property Management is taking the following additional step to protect residents and staff. Our leasing office will remain operational during this crisis, however, we ask that all communication be through phone or email as the physical office will be closed. An Important Message To Our Residents Concerning S&S Property Management's Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus): 3/20/2020
 
Dear Residents,
 
At S & S Property Management Company (S&S), the health and safety of our residents and staff is one of our top priorities. We are following updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19), including guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We want to share the actions we are taking to help protect residents and staff- and what you can do to help.
 
What We Are Doing:
 
Staffing & Office
We are here for you. Our leasing office will remain operational during this crisis, however, we ask that all communication be through phone or email as the physical office will be closed. Should you have any questions or concerns, please call your property office.
 
Amenity Spaces & Community Events
The fitness center and other shared amenity spaces will be temporarily closed. Reserving common spaces will not be permitted until further notice. Pet parks, if available in your community, will be open and accessible as will playgrounds. However, social distancing is recommended. Since group events are discouraged, we will be
canceling all community events until further notice.
 
Maintenance Requests
We ask that you try to limit your requests to emergency maintenance items only. As always, each resident’s service request will be logged. Please call in service requests that may be considered an emergency and require immediate attention, during or after business hours. Emergency requests will be addressed immediately, and non-emergency requests will be addressed at a later date. Prior to any in-unit maintenance visits, residents will be required to answer a brief questionnaire.
 
What You Can Do:
 
Practice Good Hygiene
Wash your hands frequently using soap and warm water and avoid touching your face. Cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze or cough. And, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.
 
Self-Quarantine
We would ask that any residents who: have tested positive for the virus, are experiencing symptoms, or have reason to believe they have encountered someone who is infected follow public health guidelines for self-quarantine.
 
Stay Informed
The CDC and World Health Organization are regularly updating their websites with all of the latest information and reporting about the spread and containment of Coronavirus (COVID-19). There are tremendous resources available here:
 
 
Use the On-line Services
The easiest way to pay rent, submit service requests and contact the property team is via the property website. This online service is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Thank you for doing your part and for your patience during this difficult time.
