Kristy Phillips
Regional Property Manager
Kristy holds the position of Regional Property Manager for S&S Properties in Georgia. She has been with the company since 2017.
Kristy is responsible for multiple properties in Atlanta, Macon, and Augusta and has more than 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry.
Over the course of her career, Kristy has supervised new construction as well as acquisitions. She is an Augusta native and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
