Monica Cutright, ARM

Monica serves as Regional Property Manager for a portion of our Chattanooga portfolio, the city where she was born and raised.

She brings 13 years of experience in both tax credit and conventional housing and holds the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending her time spoiling her two grandsons.
