Rima Taylor

Rima currently serves as the Controller at S&S Property Management Inc., a role she has held since 2023. She has been a valued member of the company since 2012, working closely with the Vice President of Finance to oversee the firm’s financial and accounting operations at a senior level.

Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Rima is multilingual—fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Turkish. She began her tenure at S&S as an Assistant Property Manager, quickly advancing to Property Manager. In 2014, she transitioned to the corporate accounting department, where she was promoted to Operations Analyst before assuming her current leadership role.



Rima holds an Associate of Science degree in Finance from Nashville State Community College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Tennessee State University, again graduating summa cum laude and receiving both the Academic Merit and Academic Excellence Awards. She has since completed a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, further strengthening her expertise in the field.
