Salina Feeley, ARM

Salina serves as Regional Property Manager for a portion of our Chattanooga portfolio. She holds a degree in Marketing and Management and earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification in 2022. Salina began her career in property management at just nineteen as a leasing consultant and has now built more than seventeen years of experience in the industry.

Her background includes work in luxury living, 55+ communities, lease-ups of new construction, low-income tax credit housing, and overseeing new acquisitions and renovations.

Outside of work, Salina enjoys shopping at thrift stores, fishing, and binge-watching Lord of the Rings. She is a proud mother of four and an active grandmother to her two-year-old grandson.
