Sh'rell Simpkins

Assistant Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Sh'rell is an Assistant Regional Maintenance Supervisor for S&S Properties and originally joined the company in 2023.



With over 18 years of experience in the industry, he supports maintenance operations in the Greater Nashville area, bringing extensive knowledge in HVAC and apartment maintenance. He studied HVAC/R at Tennessee Technology Center of Nashville and obtained his EPA Certification.

Originally from Memphis, Sh'rell currently resides in Nashville and graduated from Stratford High School in 2006. Outside of work, he enjoys personal training, cooking, and spending time with his children, especially supporting them at their sporting events.
