Tabitha Allbert, CPM, HCCP

Tabitha holds the position of Director of Property Management for S&S Properties. She has been with S&S since 2008.

Tabitha began her career with S&S as a multi-site property manager and was promoted to her current role where she is responsible for overseeing operations, financials, and leasing for a total of 815 units within the Nashville area and provides guidance and supervision in the Chattanooga and Alabama markets. She also directly assists the Vice President of Property Management as needed.



Tabitha has the designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). She received her Bachelor of Science in business management from Austin Peay State University and is a Tennessee licensed affiliate broker.
