VP of Property Management
Tammy holds the position of Vice President of Property Management for S&S Properties. She has been with S&S since 1995.
Tammy has been in the residential property management industry since 1993. She has extensive experience with regards to fair housing laws, Landlord-Tenant laws, HUD Rules & Regulations, Rural Development policies, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance, and is a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS). She also has the designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
Tammy attended Austin Peay State University. She is a Tennessee licensed affiliate broker.
