In 2004, development began on The Fatherland District in East Nashville. Since then, S&S has developed and managed several commercial properties across Tennessee. The latest projects include Ten21 at Five Points; a historic brick building once occupied by a church and the YMCA that was tragically damaged by the tornado that swept through Nashville in 2021, and the 307 building which seamlessly blends the architectural building style that The Shoppes at Fatherland helped create. The 307 building and Ten21 at Five Points will house a variety of exciting businesses. S&S sets up their tenants for success.
