S&S Property Management Company is looking for an experienced, energetic, hands-on Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager and Executive Assistant, to join our team to support our corporate office in Nashville, TN. Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial real estate transaction processes, particularly in multi-family
properties, including purchases, sales, and refinances, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. - Coordinate with real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Coordinate due diligence process on properties being purchased
- Manage transaction timelines and checklists
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
- Facilitate the refinancing process for owned commercial properties including pulling together necessary documentation from various sources to provide to mortgage broker and their team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all commercial real estate transactions and refinancing activities.
- Stay current on market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in commercial real estate transaction management, particularly in the multi-family sector.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist with various administrative functions to free up executives including reviewing email to determine prioritization.
- Follow up on emails with outside parties when requested to determine status of various items.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when requested.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the executive team, screening inquiries and determining the appropriate course of action.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in real estate preferred
- High attention to detail
