"NASHVILLE, Tenn. (December 28, 2016) – Nashville-based S & S Property Management, Inc. (S & S), has acquired Lake Crossing Apartments in Austell, Ga. for $22.2 million.

Lake Crossing features a total of 300 units including one, two and three bedroom floor plans. The property was 93 percent occupied at the time of closing.

S & S purchased the property from Lake Crossing Atlanta Apartments LLLP, and financing for the acquisition has been provided by the Pinnacle Financial Partners. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

Built in 1987, Lake Crossing's amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and tennis courts. In the coming months S & S plans to complete $2.2 million in capital improvements to building exteriors, community amenities, and interiors."
